I used the layout from Inspirational Card Sketches for this card as well as the colour theme Buzz Off from Cute Card Thursday (black and yellow).
It wasn't until I had almost completed the card that I realised it also fits in with the Animal Antics theme from Secret Crafter Saturday as well.
Coloured with Promarkers:
Balloons - Canary, Yellow, Lemon and Soft Lime
Cat - Cool Greys 1-5, Black, Ivory and Pastel Pink
