Easter Bunnies



This is my Easter card for my nan. I haven't followed any set sketch for it as I couldn't find one that fitted with size of the Penny Black stamp I wanted to use.

I am entering it into the following Easter challenges:

Ice Cream?



I got this stamp for my birthday a few months ago but have not got round to making a card with it but when I saw the colour combination from Colour Create of "Mint, Chocolate and Cream" it shouted out Mint Ice Cream to me. I have used the layout from this week's Create4Fun.

I have used a mixture of papers by My Mind's Eye, Clare Curd's The Big One and Papermania Antique Cream paper pack.

The image is my only Magnolia stamp and I have used the following Promarkers to colour it:
Vanilla Ice Cream - Pastel Yellow, Buttercup and Primrose
Mint Ice Cream - Grass, Apple and Meadow Green
Wafer - Caramel, Tan and Vanilla
Chocolate Hearts - Walnut, Henna and Cocoa

Another Spring Card



I'm really liking the Green and Orange colour combination at the moment and think it is very "Spring" so I am entering Stamp with Fun. I have used the sketch from Whiff of Joy. As I have used "Orange" I;m also entering Stampavie and More.

The papers are from My Mind's Eye Bloom and Grow pack.

I am additionally entering the "Anything Goes" from Secret Crafter Saturday and the "Celebrations" theme over at Cute Card Thursday.

I have used Willow with Flower Basket by Elizabeth from Whiff of Joy and coloured her with my Promarkers:
Top - Burnt Orange, Mandarin, Pumpkin and Amber
Trousers, Hair and Basket - Walnut, Henna, Cocoa, Cinnamon and Carmel
Sash - Forest Green, Grass and Lime Green

GameBoy



This is another image I was given (thanks Sue) and I have used it to create a "Kids Kard" from which is the theme from My Time To Craft. For this card I have followed the sketch from Mojo Monday. As it's is a boys card I am also entering the "Something for the Boys" over at Crafty Catz.

The papers are from DCWV Stack 6.

I again used my Promarkers to colour the little chap:
Jumper - Midnight Blue and Cobalt Blue
Trousers and Hair - Walnut, Cocoa and Cinnamon

Butterflies!



This is my attempt at the sketch from Inspirational Card Sketches. I have also Incorporated the theme of "Beautiful Butterflies" from Charisma Cardz with both the backing paper and the "Charm" which is the theme over at Creative Inspirations.

I used papers from a Forever Friends paper pack and used a Sugar Nellie stamp, which I coloured with Promarkers:
Trousers - Purple, Amethyst and Orchid
Top - Prussian and Violet
Apron -Black and Cool Gresy 3-5

Pink Bouquet



I received this image from my friendship swap partner and love it so had to use it this weekend on a card (I soo need some of these stamps!). For the card I have followed the sketch from Friday Sketchers. Additionally I am also entering the the "Pink, Black and White" colour theme from Allsorts and the "Flower Power" theme from Cupcake

Strawberries and Cream



I made this card for my Friendship card swap from Docrafts. I have followed the sketch from Sunday Sketch and Stamp. I am additionally entering the "Girly" theme from Stamp Something.

I have used Whiff of Joy's Willow with Strawberry Basket stamp and coloured her with Promarkers:
Dress - Soft Green and Pastel Green
Apples and Strawberries - Antique Pink and Cocktail Pink
Leaves - Pear Green
Hair and Basket - Walnut, Cocoa, Cinnamon and Caramel
Skin - Vanilla, Ivory and Pastel Pink

The papers are by My Mind's Eye and were a freeby with Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine. The Hello stamp is from the Popcorn The Bear Thanks a Bunch stamp set.

Coffee and Cream



Even though I actually hate coffee I love this colour theme so had to make a card incorporating it today. I have used the layout from this week's Mojo Monday. As I have used Whiff of Joy's Willow with Hot Chocolate and used the "Coffee and Cream" colours I am entering their challenge. I am also entering the "Hot Chocolate" theme over at Susie and Vikki's Christmas Club.

I have as usual used my Pormarkers to colour:
Trousers and Hair - Walnut, Henna, Cocoa, Cinnamon and Caramel
Jumper - Pastel Yellow, Buttercup and Primrose
Mug - Tan

Spring Greens



I love this Sugar Nellie image and think that the little chick is sooo sweet so thought it was perfect for a Spring card. I have followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday. As I have used quite a lot of green I am entering the The Pink Elephant and as I have used some buttons and a gem I'm also entering Papertake Weekly. Finally as this is quite a "girly" card I am entering the Simon Says Stamp.

I have used DCWV paper and coloured the image with Promarkers:

I have followed the sketch from Our Creative Corner for this. Additionally I am entering the "Back to Nature" from Passion for Promarkers and the "Leave It Out" from Quixotic Paperie. The themes for these challenges gave me an excuse to get my somewhat neglected Whiff of Joy stamp out.

Popcorn's Bouquet



This is my Mother's Day card for my gran, I hope she likes it. I have used my new Popcorn stamp, which I like but wish it was a little smaller. As the stamp is soo big I couldn't follow any of the sketches this week as they didn't fit so I went for a simple layout. I can however still add it to a few challenges. The "Fancy Edge and Ribbon" theme over at Crafty Catz, the "Ribbon-Tastic" theme at Cute Card Thursday and "Always Apricot, Chocolate Chip and Very Vanilla" from Tuesday Morning Sketches.

I have coloured the image with my trusted Promarkers:

Flowers - Henna, Burnt Orange and Spice; Mandarin, Pumpkin, Amber and Apricot

Green and Black



I have used the layout from Sketch and Stash (my new stash is the leaf backing paper). I have followed the colour theme of "Green Plus One Other" over on My Time to Craft. This is my first attempt at a monochrome image (though I did add some accents with the flowers) and I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.

I have used Daisy from Sugar Nellie and coloured her with Promarkers:
Girl - Cool Greys 1-5
Flowers - Forest Green, Grass and Lime Green

Spring Lamb



For this card I have followed the layout from Sunday Sketch and Stamp. I have used a Spring theme and so can enter two challenges A Spoon Full of Sugar and Stamp Something. I have included both Bows and Buttons and so can enter the Passion for Promarkers challenge and because I have used a Ribbon too I am entering Pink Elephant.

I have again used a Sugar Nellie stamp and coloured her with Promarkers:
Dress - Olive Green, Moss and Pear Green
Apron - Burnt Orange, Mandarin, Pumpkin, Honeycomb and Apricot
Hair - Walnut, Cocoa, Cinnamon and Caramel

Three in One



I thought I had better start making my Mother's Day cards as it's three weeks today. For this card I have followed the sketch from Truly Scrumptious. As it's for Mother's Day I can enter it into the "Mother's Day" challenge at Secret Crafter Saturday and the "Something for Mum" theme over at Quixotic Paperie. I can enter it into the "Metal Mania" theme over at Cute Card Thursday because I have used a toadstool charm.

One Stop card



This is a card I made for one of my colleagues who got married whilst on holiday in Australia. She loved it. I am entering it into the One Stop Craft challenge as I have followed their sketch. I have used a Fiorever Friends sticker for the wedding couple and Papermania Love papers.
